Voltar Wins the 2003 Spring Webmaster of the Year Finalist Award

About the Contest
Nominations for the 2003 Webmaster of the Year Award are being accepted from January 15, 2003 to December 15, 2003. All nominations must be confirmed and nominated webmasters will be required to submit a profile to officially enter the contest. Quarterly (or Seasonal) winners will be awarded throughout 2003 as a Webmaster of the Year Finalist.
