Rockin L-H Asparagus Farm rolls into new territory.
The Rockin L-H provides a tour stop, meal, and western swing music show for tour groups. The Stagecoach Inn is also on the property. It is a unique bed and breakfest with an Old West theme.
Rockin L-H Asparagus Farm is rolling into new territory. The 22-year-old Stidham, OK based company has expanded their production due to the volume of sales for their wholesale and retail gourmet food products companies.
Business is fantastic," said owners Lee and Sharon Henry. Our on site acidified packing plant just cant keep up with the demand."

Well still have the same great products to offer our customers," said Sharon. Were just having them co-packed at a different location. Our production area was just too small and we had limited space to expand."
Meanwhile back at the farm at Stidham, new aspects of the Henrys operation are popping up. Rockin L-H Asparagus Farm has always been the home of the Big River Emporium, the Henrys retail company. The western-based companies now have an added attraction called the 'Cast Iron Kettle Cookout.

Once the cookie rings the dinner bell, visitors dine under the pavilion on beef, tators, corn on the cob, pasta salad, Sharons famous cowboy beans, Lees award winning sour dough biscuits, cowboy coffee made over the open fire, and Ben Jacks own Raspberry Mist Tea.

Once guests have had their 'fill of the cookies gourmet delights, a tour of the facilities is next on the agenda.
Just a short walk from the cookies circle will take visitors to the wagon yard. Then its time for free taste-testing samples of all of Ben Jack Larados gourmet foods including Pickled Asparagus, Pickled Garlic, nine gourmet mustards such as Oriental Fire and Lace, Smokin Gun, Yellow Jack, Prairie Dill and Hickory Canyon, just to name a few, plus gourmet dressings like White Lightnin and Breath-O-Fire Horseradish, and Asparagus Pepper Jelly. Guests can even belly up to the Million Dollar bar for a taste of Ben Jacks famous Bloody Mary Mix. Its the only one in the world with a pickled asparagus swizzle stick! Thats their trademark!

| | - Big River Crossing Overland Stagecoach Station is a stop no one will want to miss. The station provides a glimpse into the old west days complete with a telegraph desk and ticket window. And Nubbin Finger Jake Rodell is the barber at the Barber Shop next door to the station.

Guests are then invited to visit the Big River Emporium Showroom and Store. Ole Ben Jack is up in his bedroom above the old fashion kitchen area. (Sharon sent him to his room so hed behave.) The Lonesome Dove mock hotel desk provides space for Ben Jacks gourmet 'Ole Fashion Fluff Duff which most folks know as fudge. Several varieties are available to taste including chocolate, chocolate pecan, maple nut, peanut butter and cream sickle. One taste and youre sure to want the staff to pack some up for the trip home.
| | - new Cast Iron Kettle Outdoor Theater will provide 60 minutes of Country Western Swing music. The memories will come back as attendees listen to the 'ole favorites performed by different groups. Most of them are retired professionals but still sing and play the music they love for folks who enjoy the great old songs.
