Charter Media chooses Wendy Brown Productions for an array of clients.

St. Petersburg Fla. / April 4, 2003: Charter Media in Fresno, California selected Wendy Brown Productions for local spots needing a female voice. Such spots include Digital Flix, Mike's Shoes and the Cottages at River Oaks.
