Quickparts.coms Instant Quoting Capability within Resinate Material Advisor

ANDOVER, MA, and ATLANTA, GA, April 8, 2003 - Resinate Corporation, a leader in Automated Materials Management for discrete manufacturers, and Quickparts.com, the leading supplier of rapid prototypes and production parts via QuickQuote, the Online Instant Quoting system, today announced a Strategic Alliance Agreement to offer Quickparts.coms Instant Quoting capability within Resinates recently introduced ASP service, Resinate Material Advisor (RMA) v4.0.

Under terms of the agreement, Resinate will provide a link to Quickparts.com from within Resinates RMA v4.0 product. The companies intend to further develop the Strategic Alliance in 2003 by integrating Quickparts.coms Instant Quoting technology within the framework of Resinates Material Advisor.
