EyeCues Education Systems, Inc. Announces New Features to its Online Survey Software
Expanded version of Assessa Survey now available to registered users.
San Diego -- April 8, 2003 -- EyeCues Education Systems, Inc. has announced an important set of upgrades to its popular on-line Assessa Survey system. Additionally, an expanded version of Assessa is now available to registered users.
The free version of Assessa allows users to create up to two surveys with up to sixty-four questions on each. The surveys are created and administered online. Users can review reports based on the collected data and export this data into a text file for use in other software. The free version allows for up to two hundred respondents.
New features to the free version include:
· New formatting for questions. Previously, there were three question formats available (True/False, 5-Point Likert, and Short Answer). The new formats are Long Answer and a Pull-down list.
· Custom buttons. You can now change the name of the Submit" button on the survey client page.
· New reporting feature. Results are now organized by question type.
· Sequencing. Users can now change the order of the questions in their survey.
Assessa Survey is also available to registered users at the low cost of $30.00. Registered users of the software will receive the following additional benefits:
· Account level changes. Users can customize their account settings and passwords.
· No branding. Registered users on-line surveys will not have the Assessa logo or menu on it. Customization of graphics and fonts is also available upon request.
· More surveys, more responses. Users can create up to 25 surveys and gather up to 1,000 responses.
· Reliability calculations. Reporting includes automatic calculation of Cronbach's alpha.
· Import. Users can import outside surveys.
· Custom URL. When users complete a survey, they can be returned to the users site automatically.
· Custom Expiration. The user controls when their surveys expire.
