PriceFile.com continues rapid growth. Latest deal will give web shoppers more products, more prices more research.

April 09, 2003, Minneapolis, Minnesota, for immediate release- PriceFile.com , the flagship property of PriceFile Inc, and DealTime, the leading online shopping search engine, today have announced they have reached an agreement that dramatically increases the range of products, pricing options, and merchants available to visitors to PriceFile.com. The deal calls for New York City-based DealTime to provide Minneapolis-based PriceFile with a customized, co-branded version of its shopping service, selling products ranging from computer technology and office furniture to toys and health products. Financial arrangements were not disclosed.

The co-branded service will allow PriceFile visitors to compare products and prices at more than 2,000 stores in DealTime's network.
