2003 AGC Marvin M. Black Excellence in Partnering Awards

Adaptive Consulting and James H. Keil provided partnering facilitation on four of seven contracts receiving this award.

Maine Turnpike Authority, with Cianbro Corporation, CPM Constructors, R.J. Grondin & Sons, Reed & Reed, Inc., and Shaw Brothers Construction
Maine Turnpike Widening & Modernization, Year III

This project contains seven contracts with separate entities initiating partnering on each with the MTA. The Associated General Contractors of Maine also assumed an active role by jointly initiating the overall construction process review workshop for year III of the widening project. MTA and these AGC contractors have demonstrated their commitment to safety by authorizing an additional $500,000 for safety-related expenditures.
