Top Executives Meet Monthly to Discuss Current Leadership Topics

PASADENA, Calif., April 11, 2003 – Michele R. Dortch, President of Acacia Leadership Consulting, is hosting a series of monthly tele-discussion, called The FORUM for Excellence in Leadership, beginning May 15, 2003. The FORUM, which meets via a telephone bridge line, is designed for corporate executives and senior managers who want to keep abreast of the latest in leadership trends.

“Today’s corporate leaders are required to think and act differently in order to maintain their organization’s competitive advantage. The FORUM is an opportunity for busy executives to hear from experts in the field as well as exchange constructive dialogue with other top executives,” says Michele. In the next several months Michele will host topics that include: Visionary Leadership, Building a Coaching Culture, Leading Large-Scale Change, Leveraging Diversity for Results and Communication Dynamics for Executives.

The FORUM meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Pacific and is free to participants. Michele Dortch is a consultant and executive coach with extensive experience advising, training and coaching senior leaders who want to improve employee engagement, teamwork, productivity and bottom line profits in a rapidly evolving market.
