DOAR, Inc., the NY-based litigation support and trial services firm, will present Using Technology Effectively at Trial. This CLE program is being offered in response to the growing demand for training in the use of court technology by New York litigators.

This CLE program is being offered in response to the growing demand for training in the use of court technology by New York litigators. The program will held at The Sky Club, 200 Park Avenue, NYC and it will cover elements of a high tech trial such as hardware and site installations, the use of PowerPoint and other graphic applications, evidence presentation software, real-time recording and wireless communication within the courtroom. In addition, the program will also address ethics/professionalism, contingency planning, cost parameters and system complexity. Co-presenters will be Paul J. Neale, V.P./General Manager, Litigation at DOAR and Harold Ruvoldt, Esq., Partner at Edwards & Angell, LLP. DOAR has applied for NY State Continuing Legal Education certification for this program.
