Q COMMS QXPRESS 200 POSA TERMINALS NOW PROCESS SPRINT PCS PAYMENTS

(OTC BB: QCCM), a business services company focusing in the electronic distribution of prepaid wireless airtime and other prepaid services, announced today that its Qxpress 200 POSA (point-of-sale activation) terminals are now able to process payments for Sprint PCS Clear Pay services.

Q Comm signed an agreement with the PreNet Corporation that allows it to accept payments and credit the accounts of Sprint PCS Clear Pay customers. PreNet is a company that holds rights to process in-person payments for Sprint PCS customers. In order to make payments at a location other than a Sprint PCS store, Clear Pay customers use PreNets PreCash payment card. The cards magnetic stripe is tied to the customers account and when swiped in similar fashion to credit-card processing through PreNets payment system, cash or other in-person payments are converted into electronic currency which is then transferred and deposited into the customers Sprint PCS account. No PINs are used in this process.

Since most retail stores do not have PreNets payment system required to accept Clear Pay payments, they end up referring these customers to Sprint PCS stores," said Stephen C. Now, by Q Comm supporting the PreCash payment card, retailers can install our turnkey Qxpress terminal and instantly begin accepting payments and crediting the accounts for the branded Sprint PCS Clear Pay airtime products.
