MC Strategies, Inc. Announces WebInservice® Knowledge Deployment System® (KDS) -- Version 4.0

Atlanta, GA, April 16, 2003 -- MC Strategies, Inc. recently announced Version 4.0 of the WebInservice® Knowledge Deployment System® (KDS). A system that was already very user-friendly, the WebInservice KDS has been upgraded to even further speed the e-learning and management process. The functionality of the systems Events Manager was expanded to establish a new industry standard and the WebInservice
e-Valuator competency assessment tool was enhanced with additional wireless tracking and integrated reporting functionality. KDS menus are more intuitive than ever and several security features were added to the system.

KDS was the industrys first Internet-based learning platform to incorporate knowledge management principles. The WebInservice KDS combines: a robust learning management system (LMS); a fully-integrated learning content management System (LCMS); competency assessment management; and an event management system to enable healthcare organizations to set and deploy enterprise-wide training goals. KDS offers various configurations" to meet the educational, administrative and budgetary needs of healthcare organizations of all sizes.

WebInservice KDS features include: event/classroom management and Web-based training combined in one system which allows facilities to manage enterprise-wide training within a single, electronic system;
integrated ROI tracking enables facilities to track and document system utilization, competency levels, quality and performance improvement, financial impact and other measurable results to make e-learning a profit center; WebInservice e-Valuator competency assessment tool helps ensure competencies and continued staff development; an optional PDA capability allows administrators to record competency and compliance evaluation data using a handheld PDA and then upload results into WebInservice KDS for automated tracking and HR download; ability to link self-authored content and create pre/post tests allows facilities to seamlessly integrate their own curricula into the WebInservice KDS tracking system; and flexible reporting.
