San Francisco, CA, & Baton Rouge, LA -- April 17, 2003 -- eFileSolutions, Inc., today announced its decision to use consulting firm eXubrio, LLC, to help lead the launch of its TrustFile sales and use tax filing software nationally.

  • The IRS, 45 state, and 200+ local sales/use tax agencies that all are separately administered.
  • The current paper-based system of registration, filing, payment, and administration that is complex, time-consuming, prone to error, and expensive.
  • Businesses and tax agencies that are frustrated with the tax compliance paper chase.
  • State tax agencies that are under pressure to improve customer service and exploit technology to increase the efficiency of tax collection.

  • Pitts, CTO, King Woolf, President and COO, and Jack Rome, Jr., CEO, founded TrustFile in 2000. TrustFile is near completion of its new scaleable software and web-based platform for a state and local business tax filing clearinghouse," said Lita Reyes, Principal and co-Founder of eXubrio. The eXubrio team is now focusing on the logistics of launching the new clearinghouse platform, starting with the three initial states, and adding states throughout this year."
