KITTY HAWK NAMES STONE AIRCARGO VICE PRESIDENT MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING
Kitty Hawk, Inc., a financial holding company that specializes in providing wholesale airport freight transportation services in the United States and Canada, announced today that Daniel Stone has joined its team as vice president of maintenance and engineering for Kitty Hawk Aircargo.

Stone, who has more than 36 years of aircraft maintenance and engineering experience, will serve as the company's chief aircraft maintenance officer. Stone will assume responsibility for the direct management and administration of all aircraft maintenance activities related to the Kitty Hawk Airline fleet.
Stone most recently served as vice president technical services at Air Jamaica Airlines where he directed the maintenance activities of the Airbus fleet in Europe, the United States and Caribbean. Prior to his position with Air Jamaica, he spent more than 10 years with Northwest Airlines and Fairchild Dornier Aerospace where he served in numerous positions including, vice president technical services, vice president maintenance and field support, and director of aircraft maintenance with varied responsibilities in Europe, China and the United States.

Stone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, and an FAA Airframe & Powerplant license.
