LeBlanc Named President, CEO of nSight, Inc.

nSight, Inc., a leading print and interactive communications firm, announced today that Thomas E. LeBlanc of Westford, MA has been named President and CEO of the company.

BURLINGTON, MA - April 07, 2003 - nSight, Inc., a leading print and interactive communications firm, announced today that Thomas E. LeBlanc of Westford, MA has been named President and CEO of the company.

LeBlanc has been with nSight for six years, previously serving as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. As President and CEO, he is responsible for business operations, strategy, and sales. Concurrent with his appointment, founder and former President Nancy J. Fritz has been named Chairperson of the company.

"Tom has proven his leadership abilities and has played a major role in ensuring the success of nSight, in spite of difficult economic times," Fritz said. "nSight is undertaking many exciting changes that will enable the firm to continue growing and to expand its customer relationships. Tom has already begun spearheading these changes."

Before joining nSight, LeBlanc held senior management positions and was a founding partner in two startup businesses. He also has 21 years of general management, operations, and finance experience in the high-tech industry, at companies including Millipore, Unisys, and Compaq/Digital Equipment Corporation. He earned an MBA from Northeastern University and a bachelor's degree from Providence College. He is a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves.
