World's First Internet Rock Opera to become Internet's first Movie after a two year web contest for musicians, producers film makers and Animators.
World's First Internet Rock Opera to Become Internet's First Motion Picture
Starting this fall, a demonstration version of a new Hard Roc and Rap musical called "The Planet of Forbidden Music" by the False Prophets, will be groovin' at www.Groovinator.org.
The show's first phase is a two year long contest for amateur and student animators, PC hobbyists, musicians, PC producers story Board illustrators, web designers and aspiring movie directors, that will reproduce this musical into an Animated web-based motion picture, in 22 segments.
This summer the site will also ofter free artistic software downloads to inspire beginners.
The show was written as 22 mini productions (like music videos) that link together to tell the story.
The songs/segments run from 3-6 minutes each so the battle between Destruction and Creation on the Planet of Forbidden Music will have 22 times as many stars.
The Groovinator Foundation, is a non-Profit corporation dedicated to sparking wasted talent worldwide.
According to Clyde Dee the Rock Band The False Prophets, will play some late summer dates in the central Ohio area to promote the opening of the Rock Opera.
