Minton appointed manager of new division at Sterling Management Resources

Sterling Management Resources has appointed an executive to lead it's new Human Resources Division. The company will provide a full menu of outsourced Human Resource services to companies.

(PRWEB) April 25, 2003 --Donna Minton has joined Sterling Management Resources, Inc., a Tampa based consulting firm, to lead its Human Resources Division. She has over 26 years of Human Resources experience in the electric, gas, propane and engineering services industries. Previously, she was HR Director for TECO Energy where she developed, led and implemented its HR programs. Some of the programs she pioneered include; labor relations, selection, performance management, non-punitive discipline, employee assistance, employee relations, compensation, safety, corporate governance, productivity improvement, executive development and mergers/acquisitions integration.    

     Minton also served as Chief Union Negotiator for Peoples Gas System.

     Minton holds a BA degree in Business with a Human Resources Administration focus from the University of South Florida. She is a Master Certified Trainer and a certified instructor for professional development programs in the human resources field.
