The International Virtual Assistants Association (IVAA), a professional not-for-profit organization, has announced the appointment of Kathy Zengolewicz to the IVAA Board of Directors.

Ms. Zengolewicz was seated to serve as Secretary for the 2003-2004 term after IVAA members voted in a March election. IVAA membership is comprised of over 600 professional Virtual Assistants based in several countries throughout the world.

Prior to establishing VirtuallyTheOne in March 2002, Ms. Zengolewicz gained experience in all areas of office operations, management, customer relations and computer applications. She possesses over 13 years of combined experience in customer service, Life and Casualty Insurance and legal surroundings and has earned the IVAA Certified Real Estate Support Specialist designation.
