What is special about the Software-Archive AB-Archive.com?

This Software-Archive is much different to most of the other big software
archives:

• No advertisement! No banners, pop ups, text ads...
  You should have the possibility to concentrate on the fundamentals,
  namely the software, and not constantly be distract from disturbing
  and blinking banners.
• Authors do not have the possibility for their programs - for
  example with paying money - to get better positions than other!
  In other archives programs are often emphasized, placed at the top of
  categories or even positioned at the homepage: however, this is not
  compulsorily because the program is better than another, but only
  because the author have paid for it. You will not see this misguidance

• Every author can submit and delete his programs himself.
  There is no censorship or description of programs from an editing: every
  author is for his registered programs responsible. Thereby a subjective
  judgement of an editing should be prevent: so it is possible for you to
  get your own impression of a software product..
• Before an author can add his programms, his data will be check once:
  There it will be checked if the addess he entered is correct. That shall
  prevent illegal programs to be listed or that you as user do not have
  any person to turn on when there are any problems.
