GeoLearning LCMS Certified 508 Compliant

GeoLearnings Learning Content Management System meets accessibility standards required by U.S. Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

GeoLearning, Inc., the leading provider of ASP-delivered e-learning platforms and Web-based training content, announced today that its Learning Content Management System (LCMS) has been certified compliant with U.S. Section 508 standards included in the Rehabilitation Act, which requires computer software applications purchased or developed by federal agencies to be designed for equal accessibility by people with disabilities.

The GeoLearning LCMS (http://www.geolearning.com.lcms) was tested and verified Section 508 compliant by Agassa Net Technologies, Inc., an independent consulting and testing service.

The GeoLearning LCMS is a Web-based tool for developing, managing and delivering learning content that leverages reusable learning object technology to maximize productivity and efficiency. The LCMS is included as an integrated component of GeoLearnings GeoMaestro enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) platform, providing seamless content connectivity, security, session management and integrated reporting.
