The event line-up includes Customer-Driven Development; Performance Matters: Accelerating Real-Time Web Application Performance; and a comprehensive 2-day requirements engineering workshop called In Search of Excellent Requirements."

Customer-Driven Development is a free half-day seminar led by Steven Davis, director of Orasis Requirements Management Practice. In partnership with Borland® Software Corporation, this event outlines ways to gather and prioritize customer input, leverage it in the requirements management phase and validate it in test management. From software and product development to enterprise-wide application implementations, Davis explains how to make value-based decisions by aligning what is delivered with what customers want. Customer-Driven Development will be taking place in Atlanta on June 6, August 22 and October 17.

Performance Matters is a free half-day seminar sponsored in part by Orasis partner, FineGround Networks®. Presented by Kevin Delgadillo, director of product management at FineGround, attendees will learn new ways to accelerate performance of enterprise applications in order to deliver faster, more responsive information to their users. Performance Matters will be taking place in Atlanta (May 8), Raleigh-Durham (May 20) and Washington DC (May 21).

Based on Karl Wiegers highly acclaimed book Software Requirements (Microsoft Press, 2003), In Search of Excellent Requirements is a 2-day workshop that provides a tool-kit of practices, reinforced with practice sessions and group discussions, which immediately can be used to improve the quality of the requirements development and management in any organization. Taught by Steven Davis, the tutorial will take place in Atlanta (May 12-13), Raleigh-Durham (May 15-16), Orlando (June 9-10), Jacksonville (June 12-13) and Dallas (June 24-25). In Search of Excellent Requirements is sponsored in part by the Software Productivity Center.
