These summer cooking classes are also a great Mothers Day or Fathers Day gift. Join Executive Chef Michael Schlow, Chef de Cuisine Brian Reimer and Sommelier Scott Fraley for the Radius Summer Cooking Series. Since the opening of Radius in 1999, Chef Michael Schlow has received numerous accolades for his modern French cuisine including the James Beard Foundation Award for "Best Chef in the Northeast 2000" and Sante* Magazine's "Wine and Spirits Chef of the Year 2000."
