EASTHAMPTON, MA WRITER OFFERS COPYWRITING AND CONSULTING SERVICES TO LOCAL BUSINESSES

Announcing the launch of a one-woman copywriting and consulting business in the Western Massachusetts area.

Elizabeth Washer today announced the launch of Charisma Copy, which provides copywriting, editing and creative concepting services to local businesses. Ms. Washer, a Boston transplant with a public relations and marketing background, chose Hampshire County as the home base for her one-woman copywriting shop because of the areas emphasis on and support for small business.

Copywriters, and marketing professionals in general, tend to focus on providing services to large corporations in urban areas," said Ms. Washer, freelance writer and Easthampton resident. But I discovered that there is an extensive network of freelancers in Western Massachusetts, and a wonderful ethic and support system for small business in this part of the state, and I knew that I wanted to join in and assist other small business owners with their development."

As a freelance writer of commercial and business collateral, Ms. Washer produces brochures, web content, newsletters, ad copy, scripts, articles, and other marketing, development, and communications materials. She works from scratch or edits existing copy on request, and teams up with local graphic designers and publishers to produce finished pieces as needed. Though she hopes to focus her efforts locally, she currently serves clients in Boston and as far away as Miami Beach, FL.
