Governor Ehrlich Presents BBB Torch Award
Baltimore, Maryland. Travel Advantage Network (TAN) has won the coveted Torch Award from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Maryland. The Torch award is presented annually to the company judged to exemplify the Torch Award criteria of superior ethics and customer service.
Travel Advantage Network is the largest US company specializing in Prepaid Wholesale Vacations, and offers wholesale-priced vacation lodging in over 40 resort and vacation areas in the US and Caribbean.
"Travel Advantage Network's 'WOW' approach is the way we highlight our policy of satisfying customers with very high levels of service and assistance in vacation planning," said Brad Callahan, President of TAN. Maryland Governor Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr., the award to Brad Callahan, TAN President, at the BBB Annual Torch Awards luncheon, held at the Marriott Waterfront Baltimore and followed up with a congratulatory letter a few days later.
