The City of Gainesville (FL) Selects OSSI for Public Safety Information System

OSSI was selected to provide their fully integrated public safety information system including OSSIs Records Management System (RMS), Mobile Computing and Message Switch applications.

The contract award is the culmination of an evaluation process that began more than two years ago when the Gainesville Police Department identified the need to replace their legacy system.

The Police Department will see significant improvements in virtually every aspect of operations, from completion and approval of incident reports in the field to enhanced searching capabilities throughout the system," said Lieutenant Ed Posey.
