Toastmasters International, Georgia Announces Winner of C&L Award
The winner of the Toastmasters International (Georgia) Communication and Leadership award was announced today. The recipient is Fulton County Commissioner Emma Darnell of Atlanta, GA. Ms Darnell is the first African American Woman to be honored with this award.

Toastmasters International, Georgia Announces Winner of C&L Award
(April 30, 2003 - Atlanta, GA) The winner of the Toastmasters International (Georgia) Communication and Leadership award was announced today. The recipient is Fulton County Commissioner Emma Darnell of Atlanta, GA. Ms Darnell is the first African American Woman to be honored with this award.
The Communication and Leadership award recognizes a non-Toastmaster in the community who has exemplified extraordinary communication and leadership skills. The award will be presented at the Georgia Toastmasters International Banquet on May 3 at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast in Norcross, GA. The hotel is located at 5993 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Norcross, GA.
Toastmasters International is the leading organization teaching leadership and communication skills to people throughout the world.
