Billboard Magazine's May 3, 2003 issue, which spotlights independent music and record labels, names Radikal Records as one of the Top 5 Independent Dance Labels of the past year.

Teaneck, NJ -- April 29, 2003 -- Billboard Magazine's May 3, 2003 issue, which spotlights independent music and record labels, names Radikal Records as one of the Top 5 Independent Dance Labels of the past year.

Once a year, Billboard Magazine issues their Independent Music Spotlight Issue, focusing on the current state of independent music and labels. The issue includes music chart recaps of the past 12 months based on sales information compiled by Soundscan and also BDS radio airplay detections when applicable.

In this year's Indie Music Spotlight, Radikal Records placed # 4 on the Hot Dance Labels Chart with 5 charted titles. Qualifying titles reached the Top 25 on the Billboard Dance Singles Sales Chart over the past 12 months and included "Troy (The Phoenix From The Flame)" by Sinead O'Connor, "Stairway To Heaven" by Jana, "Like A Prayer" by Mad'house, "You're Not Alone" by ATB and "Children" by 4 Clubbers.

"Troy (The Phoenix From The Flame)" by Sinead O'Connor placed in the Top 10 Hot Dance Singles Sales chart at # 8.
