Toromont Process and Dr. Pepper Bottling Company chooses Dallas Automated Systems line of Micro-Modular Controls.
The largest refrigeration contractor and the third largest soda manufacture in the Nation chose DASis Micro-Modular refrigeration control line for the expansion in Irving, Texas.

Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) April 4, 2003 -- Dallas Automated Systems, Inc. (DASi) out of Mesquite, Texas announces it has been awarded the contract to supply Dr. Pepper bottling facility in Irving, Texas its refrigeration controls for their new expansion. Toromont and Dr. Pepper chose the MMC-BC to control ten reciprocating and one-screw compressor, two large condensers with two water pumps and allocated points for future expansion. This controller will meet and exceed the extreme load swings normally associated in bottling plants. It will accomplish this by using DASis innovative predictive modeling algorithm and begin making key adjustments to compensate before drastic load changes occur with production lines.

Toromont Process and Dr. Pepper chose the MMC-BC over all others due to its design being small, rugged, network ready. The DASi MCS also gives plant managers the ability to remotely access the system via modem, Web browser, and wireless phones/PDAs using WAP technology. The data acquisition and alarming features of this system will also record specific data to a file and/or email them to corporate or individual addresses on a specified schedule.

DASi unveiled its new line of micro-modular controls in June of 2002 at the Standard Meat Facility in Dallas, Texas. Since the release of the MMC line it has proven to be an innovative, state of the art system and is far above all other systems on the market available today.
