NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (PRWEB) May 2, 2003 -- Practicing medicine today presents many challenges for health care professionals, including the threat of lawsuits. This threat looms not only for doctors involved in treating the body, but also for doctors involved in treating the mind and other mental health professionals. As a result, Larry Benovitz, M.D., L.H.R.M., has formed Strategic Risk Management. The goal of this new business is to provide risk management for psychiatrists, psychologists and others involved in the mental health field.

Dr. Benovitz has been in private psychiatric practice for 22 years. His areas of specialization include psychopharmacology, geriatric psychiatry, schizophrenia, affective disorder, anxiety, adjustment, and somatoform disorder.
