The international experts in performance management and benchmarking Performance House Ltd have been asked to deliver the Performance Management & Benchmarking module for the University Of Central Lancashire Post Graduate Diploma in Contact Centre Management

Performance House, the international Performance Management Consultancy, Managing Director Martin Ashfield has been appointed by The University Of Central Lancashire as an Associate Lecturer with particular focus on Call and Contact Centre Performance Management.

The international experts in performance management and benchmarking Performance House Ltd were initially asked to create the Performance Management & Benchmarking module for the University Of Central Lancashire. The successful creation of this module has lead to Martin Ashfield being appointed as an Associate Lecturer for the University.
