Tech Resource Group (TRG) and a large Midwestern pharmaceutical company prepare to rollout a Siebel ePharma blended learning solution to the company's 4,000 person sales force this month.

Tech Resource Group (TRG), a leading provider of customized business application training and support solutions, and a large Midwestern pharmaceutical company are undergoing preparations for the rollout of Siebel ePharma to the companys 4,000 person sales force which begins this month.

The full learning solution features an innovative blend of technology, learning theory, and marketing beginning with an engaging advertisement style infomercial developed by TRG to introduce the implementation. Computer based training is being used prior to the core instructor led training program to reduce class time and teach basic hardware and software concepts. A team of thirty-five instructors will deliver the classroom instruction at locations throughout the country over a three month period

The pharmaceutical giant engaged TRG in October 2002 for this project. This is the second time TRG has assisted this organization in a large scale deployment of this type.
