This year's "Anything Goes" theme promises to highlight the best in what's hot on the local food, wine, fashion and music scene. Tour sponsor Food and Wine will spotlight nine of Chicago's leading chefs and tastes of their savory appetizers. Lindt Chocolate will greet guests at the door with a souvenir wine glass and delicious chocolate morsels. THE BIG PICTURE: Vision's Multiple Levels Create Layers of Fun
Along with the multifaceted showcase of international wineries, local restaurants, Fashion Bash and DJ grooves, "CHEFS w/out HATS" will again integrate onstage demos led by Food & Wine Magazine's Kevin Patricio and some of Chicago's most talented chefs. Adding to the excitement, the onstage chef demos and Fashion Bash will be digitally projected, creating a multi-media experience.

CHEFS: Food & Wine Magazine Takes the Stage
Food & Wine Magazine selects twelve of America's hottest new chefs to feature in their July issue. These F&W Best New Chefs, past and present, plus other culinary mavericks known
for their daring and modern approach to cuisine will be on hand to demonstrate professional

technique and serve stellar tastes of their appetizers. "CHEFS w/out HATS" expands on this concept by introducing eight to ten rising stars on the culinary scene per city in NY, Chicago, SF, LA and Atlanta. Chef demos are sponsored in part by MGM Grand and Anolon Cookware.

Chicagos stop will feature tastes of stellar appetizers by Sumanth Das of Monsoon, John Weizer of Azuré, Jason Paskewitz of Wave, Susannah Walker of MOD, Kevin Karales of Platiyo, Dean Zanella of 312, Koren Grieveson of avec, John Coletta of Carlucci and Takanori Wada and Nitzan Raz of Sushi Samba.
