Pembroke Pines, FL (May, 2003) - TALind, Inc announces the availability of onsite computer servicing for both home and business users.

TALind offers their onsite computer servicing as a way to eliminate the inconvenience of users having to pack up their PCs and carry them to a service store when they are having an issue with either speed or something more severe. The onsite service will provide the client with the flexibility of having a technician arrive at a time that is convenient for them and at a cost that is reasonable.

The concept of onsite repair is not new by any means. The service is no different than that of a plumber, except no computer issue will flood your home or office. What is different is that unlike taking a computer to a service store and leaving it for the technician to try and resolve the problem, with only the notes left with the guy at the counter, TALinds onsite service allows the client to participate in the resolution of the issue.

There are many different problems that the user could be encountering and it may be difficult for the user to explain the situations as to when the problems occur. With the technician working along side the user, the user will have a better opportunity to show the technician as to what he/she does when the issue occurs, which in turn will help to solve the problem, in most cases, faster, saving the customer money.

In addition to the user/technician interaction, the user may want to take this time to ask questions to the technician about any thing that he/she has been curious about, such as the internet, email, Microsoft® applications, etc... We are happy to teach. This is not something that you will be able to do when you drop off your PC at a service store.

TALind is dedicated to serving its customers with the highest level of customer service, guaranteed. If the customer is not completely satisfied with our service and we can not fix their problem, then they dont have to pay for the service call.

TALind is on call 24/7 and will have a person onsite within 24 hours of the customers call. The onsite service costs start at $75 for the initial hour and $50 per hour there after.
