Armed with an unwavering dream, a love for computers, and an increasingly popular website, he offers readers a personal journey toward creative success -- one step at a time.

Born in 1980, to a Christian minister, Jon grew up the eldest of six siblings. His childhood environment, the farmland of Southeastern Wisconsin. After a move to Minnesota at age 13, Jon attended a Private Christian High school, developing further his unique artistic skills, while becoming enthralled by the stage. By age 18, he had enrolled in the small Wisconsin Lutheran College, in Milwaukee, WI, and was vigorously pursuing art, though still remaining quite close to the stage. By the spring of 2002, he had graduated with a BA in art, a love for computers, a head full of creative ideas, and a longing for the dramatic that could only be filled by experience - experience that would yet come along a long but enjoyable path.

It was sometime during Jon's sophomore year, though, that JonBaas.com began to take shape. Started originally as a foray into the world of computers and website management, the site soon took on it's intended purpose, to allow others to share in the journey of a simple Christian guy as he set out to prove that Christians could also find success in the world of acting and entertainment, where sadly, they are still a woeful minority.

Today, visitors to JonBaas.com can find updated information on Jon's filmography and acting credits as he seeks out and claims new opportunties for growth, an extensive and growing collection of personal trivia to help uncover the personality of this unique dreamer, as well as a biography and image gallery. But the plethora or information does not end there. Vistors can also visit Jon's award-winning online Star Trek PBeM site which grows as the simming environment grows. They can explore a sample of some of his artwork, be connected to new projects, new commissioned work, or perhaps even forthcoming artistic prints. On top of all that, they can even purchase some of his artwork, and items featuring his artwork (much yet forthcoming).

However, the most intruiging aspect to the site is his weblog, or 'blog' as it is often referred.
