New Online Monthly Women's Magazine launches to Encourage, Empower and Enrich

Philadelphia, Pa.- May 1, 2003 -- There is a new on-line monthly women's magazine on the horizon that promises a perspective of women that is uplifting and spiritual and is called, appropriately, HerRising, and will make its debut on May 1, 2003.
