NORTHERN COLORADO BUSINESS ANNOUNCES $500 ARTIST GRANT

Fort Collins artists will now have more opportunity to fund their creativity.

FORT COLLINS, CO      Vesta Creative Living, a Fort Collins based faux finishing company, is planning to help local artists with a $500.00 grant. Applications are available now for the grant that will be awarded in December 2003.
   Vesta Creative Living is a values led company that believes business has a responsibility to the community that supports it. For Vesta that means supporting Fort Collins artists.
   Colorado is ranked 50th in the nation for arts spending." says Joyce Dickens, one of the owners of Vesta. So we feel fortunate to be able to help support the arts here in Fort Collins."
   The grant is open to all Fort Collins residents who are over the age of 18. Applications will be reviewed by a local panel and evaluation will be based on artistic excellence and creative potential.
   We do not want to limit or box in artist in the application process." Dickens says. We want to see what the artist can do and what potential will be realized because of this grant."
