Legendary New York Doll Sylvain Sylvain is hitting the road for a 6-week North American club tour that kicks off on May 3 in Austin, Texas, hits Los Angeles on May 18, and winds up in New York on June 13. Legendary New York Doll Sylvain Sylvain is hitting the road for a 6-week North American club tour that promises to rock the socks off new and old fans alike. The tour kick off on May 3 in Austin, Texas, hits Los Angeles on May 18, and winds up in New York on June 13 (complete itinerary below).

Special guest guitarist Frank Infante will be joining Syl to add an extra rock & roll punch to the California and Las Vegas shows. Expect the band to be performing plenty of crowd-pleasing Dolls favorites along with material from Sylvain's critically-acclaimed "Sleep Baby Doll" album and, of course, a few surprises.

The Trouser Press said, "The Dolls singlehandedly began the local New York scene that later spawned the Ramones, Blondie, Television, Talking Heads and others"...and went on to say about Sylvain, "He's an absolutely winsome singer, the perfect punk-with-a-heart-of-gold. His (solo) records are glistening, rocking pop with no hard edges, plenty of ingratiating melodies and lots of pizzazz!" And R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe said, "The New York Dolls were revolutionary. Sylvain Sylvain is a great American original!"
