National Non-Profit Group Offers Grants for Home Buyers

GiftAmerica Program, Inc.,a non-profit public service agency is offering cash grants for eligible homebuyers across the nation.

GiftAmerica Program, a national non-profit public service group based near Washington DC is offering cash assistance to eligible homebuyers who lack the cash needed for a downpayment. The funds, which are a grants that do not need to be repaid, are only available through participating Mortgage Lenders, and are being ofered for a limited time as part of a nationwide affordable housing initiative. Interested buyers should be eligible for an FHA loan and have already found a home that they want to purchase.
