Corvero Networks, a Subsidiary of CNH Holdings, to License and Take-to-Market XBridge Softwares Technology

With this agreement, Corvero Networks holds the exclusive license rights to the marketing and sales of intellectual property, products and services from XBridge Software.

Along with the intellectual property (IP) licensing rights, the XBridge Software employees critical to the sales, marketing, development and operations functions will be transitioned to Corvero Networks to ensure the successful execution of knowledge and execution capability.

With this technology, Corvero Networks intends to become the dominant platform for converged networks-those networks combining voice, video and data into a single infrastructure. Corvero has established two key solution areas: IP Communications and Application Integration. The technology from XBridge allows Corvero to provide XML appliances to support Cisco Systems and Ciscos AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) and specifically the Cisco Call Manager.
