Former Cardinals Pitching Star Rick Horton Will Sign Autographs -- Free Prizes Include 27-Inch TVs

MAY 12, 2003, St. Louis, Missouri ... Come join the fun as Kriegers Pub & Grill, a popular, locally-owned chain of sports-themed, casual family restaurants, hosts grand opening parties on Saturday, May 17 with free prizes, free kids meals, magicians, clowns and surprises at new locations in Riverport and South St. Louis County.

Former Cardinals Pitching Ace Rick Horton will sign autographs at both new Kriegers. Free prizes will include giveaways of a 27-inch television set at both sites; free concert tickets and deluxe overnight accommodations given away at Kriegers new Riverport location; plus a gala New Years Eve Party Package with luxurious overnight accommodations given away at the new South St. Louis County Kriegers.

The grand opening party at each new Kriegers will kick off at noon and continue until midnight, with long-neck bottled beer specials and festive activities throughout the day and evening, including one free meal for a child with the purchase of an adult entrée.

Rick Horton will sign autographs from 1--3 p.m. at Kriegers in Riverport and from 5--7 p.m. at the new South St. Louis County location. The new Kriegers at Riverport is in the Holiday Inn at 13735 Riverport Drive. The new Kriegers in South County is at the Holiday Inn at 6921 South Lindbergh Boulevard near Interstate 55. During grand opening festivities, the St Louis Cardinals-Chicago Cubs baseball game will be broadcast live on 25 different TV sets and on a five-foot projection screen at each new Kriegers.
