Benefit Software Inc. Benefit Software first provided Vital with personalized TotalComp employee benefit statements. These individualized employee benefit statements show employees the costs of their employer-paid benefits in addition to their salary and other "paid time-off" benefits.

Vital received such positive feedback from the benefit statements, they decided to roll out Monitor Online, a benefit communications website, and eEnroll Online, an employee enrollment website.
