Friends of Freie Universitaet Berlin established in New York City

Friends of Freie Universitaet Berlin, an alumni organization for the FU Berlin, was established in January 2003 in New York City.

New York, NY - May 8, 2003 (PRWEB) - It is with great pleasure that we announce the founding of Friends of Freie Universitaet Berlin (FFUB) and the appointment of Hélène Sostarich-Barsamian as Executive Director. Founded in January 2003 as a non-profit organization, FFUB wants to reach out to all alumni, friends and individuals interested in finding out more about our activities in the US. The organizations focus is to rekindle the deep and longstanding relationship between our two nations by encouraging the Universitys American alumni to engage in actively supporting Freie Universitaets world-renowned research institutes and its on-going socially responsible programs.
