MAY IS TEEN PREGNANCY PREVENTION MONTH; CAMPAIGN FOR OUR CHILDREN OFFERS TIPS TO PARENTS, TEENS
Although teen birth rates have declined over the past few decades, the U.S. still ranks among the worst among industrialized nations in terms of teen pregnancy. Campaign For Our Children, a national non-profit dedicated to promoting healthy life choices among young people, offers practical, age-appropriate communication and prevention tips for parents and teens.
Baltimore, MD - May 12, 2003 - Efforts to help adolescents make healthy life choices and avoid pregnancy are in the spotlight this month as communities across the country recognize National Teen Pregnancy Prevention Month.
