Fantasy Novel DreamQuest available for distribution. Before you follow your dreams- think where theyll take you.

DreamQuest, the first novel by Philadelphia author William Pottle, is now available to the public.

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) May 14, 2003 - iUniverse, Inc., the leading provider of publishing technology solutions for authors, announces the publication of DreamQuest, the first novel by Philadelphia author William Pottle.

DreamQuest is a coming of age fantasy epic set in the mythical land of Daranor. The story chronicles the journeys of young Tarthur and his friend Derlin as they seek to understand Tarthurs enigmatic dream. Along the way, they must overcome many conflicts. They face many grave enemies, from the Death Lord himself to their local towns pudgy cook Judith, who is still upset from that 'unfortunate pastry incident a few years back. Many different characters narrate DreamQuest, and several interesting subplots are all woven together into a coherent whole. DreamQuest is primarily a high fantasy novel, but its unique blend of humor, military strategy, romance, religion, and self-discovery will appeal to a wide variety of readers.

Pottles life experience allows him to bring a credible perspective to his writing. He began DreamQuest in sixth grade and was facing many of the same issues as the protagonist when he wrote about them. He is an avid practitioner of the martial art of Taekwondo, where he holds the rank of fourth degree black belt. Practicing martial arts definitely helped me in designing the fight scenes for this book," Pottle states. I even acted some of them out with my friends to make sure that they were realistic and clearly described."

The cover art and interior map were done by Charles DeGuzman, a friend of the author and Colorado resident. He can be reached at charlesdeguzman@hotmail.com or (303) 669-3048.

Whether you are a child, teen, or adult, the lands of Daranor have something for you.
