Brown Machine Advances Trim Press Technology with New Guidance System
Beaverton, MI (PRWEB) May, 2003 -- Brown Machines new T-Series Trim Presses, enable users to make tooling changes much faster and easier, with total precision.
This trim press feature, offered exclusively by Brown Machine, enables side-loading of tooling packages by simply rolling them into position off a roller-style loading table (see photo attached). Utilizing linear guide bearings, this system holds closer tolerances than traditional post/bushing-guided trim presses, significantly extending punch and die life. Additionally, this feature dramatically reduces tooling changeover time and complexities.
Other optional features of Browns T-Series Trim Presses include servo ejector with high-speed counter, multiple-speed gear boxes, multi-row trim parts tray, high-speed platen motion counterbalance, product handling device, canopy nip feed, nip wheel servo feed, and spare parts kits.
Established in 1952 Brown Machine has helped pioneer thermoforming technologies globally and currently holds more than 150 thermoforming machinery and processing patents.
In 2002 Brown Machine booked orders totaling $46.9 million in 17 U.S. states and 13 other countries. Visit thier website at http://www.brown-machine.com">www.brown-machine.com
