WDS JobSite PunchList allows job superintendents and warranty personnel to drastically reduce the time it takes to complete a building or residence punch out. When the punch list is complete, a signature is captured on the PDA and the data is synchronized to Master Builder using MoriahComs wireless data transfer technology. This unique technology saves employee time by sending updates to the PDA only when there are additions or changes to the Master Builder data. The synchonization server can handle many user connections at once as well as many connection types including wireless, dial-up and cradle. Reports based on this data can then be distributed to subcontractors or responsible trades. This process eliminates dual entry and reduces the time to complete construction projects.
