Charles Dunn Closes Sale
on Prime Westwood Development Site
Wilshire Landmark, LLC, a joint venture between California Landmark Development and Fifield Companies, has purchased a 1.1 acre land parcel located on the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Malcolm Avenue in Westwood. Michel Hibbert, CCIM, Managing Director of Investment Properties in Charles Dunns West Los Angeles office, represented the buyer. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Plans for the 46,508 sq. ft. site, which have already been approved by the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission, call for the construction of a 105 unit high rise condominium project.
