DOCTORS CREATE BABYEYES" VIDEO TO IMPROVE CHILDRENS VISION AND INTELLIGENCE...

This new video, developed by vision scientists and optometric physicians, could give your baby a visual and intellectual advantage. BabyEyes is suitable for babies from new-born to 3 years old.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL (PRWEB) May 22, 2003 - At first glance BabyEyes (30 minutes, $14.95) looks like a high-tech cartoon for children. But this new video, developed by vision scientists and optometric physicians, could give your baby a visual and intellectual advantage.

Vision plays a very important role in a babys intellectual development," says Dr. Eric Radzwill, co-producer of BabyEyes. Human vision is not fully developed at birth, but matures over the first few years of life in response to environmental stimuli. This video was developed using principles uncovered by vision research to thoroughly stimulate the infants retina, the part of the eye that records the visual image. Studies have shown that repeated viewing of structured patterns of light, contrast and motion, in addition to everyday sights, encourages infant visual response and coordination.

As babies watch the BabyEyes video, their eyes track fascinating pictures of both geometric and real objects that make patterned movements in all directions over the TV screen. Babies are highly entertained and enthusiastic about the video, which often stops them from crying and puts them in a peaceful, happy mood, as they are developing their visual responses."

BabyEyes has a classical music soundtrack to help stimulate intellectual development, a concept called the Mozart effect by researchers. Studies have suggested that the rhythms and patterned variations of classical music may promote the development of intelligence and spatial perception in young minds. Some researchers even suggest that mothers listen to classical music while the baby is still in the womb.

BabyEyes is unique: the only video designed, developed, and produced by optometric doctors and made specifically to encourage both visual and mental development in babies. BabyEyes is suitable for babies from new-born to 3 years old.

BabyEyes is a completely new product, like nothing before--a video that applies cutting-edge research to develop the visual and mental capabilities of infants. The child who watches and hears BabyEyes may well gain a headstart in the vital areas of visual perception and coordination, and even in the learning process itself." --Stanley D. Braverman, M.D., F.A.C.S., Board Certified Ophthalmologist, Clinical Instructor, University of Miami School of Medicine, Anne Bates Leach Eye Hospital/Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and Medical Director, Primary Plus/Vision Care.
