Lootech confirms its debut of trade shows participation at Airport Build and Supply Exhibition 2003

Safety and Security solution provider confirms a brand-new stand design for Airport Build and Supply Exhibition 2003, which will be held at the Airport Expo Dubai June 2-4.

The futuristic, 54 square metre stand, which will showcase Lootechs diverse range of X-Ray inspection systems along with new products to be launched during the show, is aimed at projecting future expansion of the company as well as providing leading-edge Safety and Security solutions.

"We believe the regional market will witness a noticeable shift towards Safety and Security," said Mr Fadi Abi Akl, Regional Director, Lootech. "Especially with the recent incidences involving smuggling, terrorism and security breaches. Already the Global markets have geared up their prevention and protection systems, whereas in this region, awareness is growing and we anticipate more and more organizations to follow suit. There's a lot of ground to make up and with the technology becoming more advanced and available, we envisage a greater trend towards it."

Lootech has witnessed a steady growth for the first quarter of 2003, and further preparations are under way to expand the business through appointed regional agents.

"Our presence in this trade show is a firm commitment to our existing clients and an opportunity for us to discuss the various solutions in our portfolio for prospective visiting firms," said Abi Akl.

Also on show will be new products launched as well as demonstrations at the booth.

For the past two quarters, Lootech's sales of X-Ray inspection systems throughout the Middle East and Africa reached a turnover of US $10 million.
