The Advanced Sales College is a demanding, two-year program for a highly select group of senior partners and managers who are BDO Seidman Alliance Members. The participants are hand-picked for their demonstrated success and sales potential. The program consists of six, rigorous 3-day sessions held in Lake Bluff, IL, with related work completed in between each session.
   
The program emphasizes sales skills in referral development, prospect qualification and closing the sale. Complementary skills, such as communication, management and leadership development, are also a focus area. Courses are specifically tailored for the accounting profession.

Amidon, a tax manager at Fagliarone Group CPAs, joined the firm in 1989. Her area of specialization is in tax planning and preparation for small businesses, as well as estate and trust work. She also handles accounting of investments for a large investment and pension fund. Amidon, a graduate of LeMoyne College, lives in Hastings, NY. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Prevention Network.
