On May 7 2003, one of The Kalis Companies purchased the Warrenton Towne Centre in Warrenton, Virginia. This center, anchored by Food Lion, CVS, and Grand Home Furnishings, is located on Frost Avenue across from the regional hospital. A new recreation center is slated to be built across the street from this successful shopping center.

The new property manager, Nicholas Kalis, had said that the owners are seeking a bank to lease a remaining outlot on the property.

This property boasts many national and regional credit tenants. Besides Food Lion, CVS, and Grand Home Furnishings, the center has such chains as Dollar General, Impressions, the White Elephant, Country Cookin, State Farm Insurance, and Cingular.
